Development Department

Napa County Office of Education's 'Grant and Community Partnership Projects Division" works with community partners to develop innovative programs that meet the needs of youth and families in Napa County.  The process of developing competitive grant applications requires a strong vision and commitment to the community served.  For this reason, the Department Director, Development Coordinator and supporting staff focus on building strong community partnerships.  Whether collaborating through law enforcement task forces, green technologies stakeholders meetings, prevention coalitions and more, the Development team takes the community's interests and needs as the highest importance when researching and proposing grant projects.

The Development team provides schools, nonprofits and supporting agencies with strategic grant program planning, program and budget design, and grantwriting services to fund programs that support Napa County's students.
