Welcome Students and Parents!

NCOE provides services and resources to support students and families, and help ensure your success in the classroom. The Students/Parents section is designed to connect you with both the programs available for your use, and our favorite links for education resources.

We believe that the more we invest in children, the better they will do. NCOE operates six California State Preschool programs and early childhood special education services. NCOE supports the career development and workforce preparation of students through the Regional Occupational Program. Career exploration and college preparatory courses are offered on high school campuses throughout Napa County. The Court and Community School programs provide students with an individualized, self-contained classroom setting. All classrooms provide a variety of services to youth including probation support and counseling.

NCOE makes available at no cost to students ed1stop, a website portal acting as a personal gateway for Napa County teachers and students with free access to both subscription-based services and educational web sites. Students using the portal will find interesting programs that can help with reports, projects, and skill-building in a fun and engaging environment.

Families are welcome to explore the resources in the NCOE Curriculum library.  You can visit the library located at our facility, or check out items through our online ordering system and arrange for pick up.

Parents will enjoy the NCOE Parent Workshop Series, presented throughout the school year.  Speakers on subjects as diverse as supporting the gifted child, preparing for college expenses, and talking to children about safety address the issues important to Napa County parents. Check the NCOE Calendar for upcoming workshops.

Be sure to explore the links provided to help students with homework and access resources for assignment research, test support and focused subject information. Parents can also learn about the California standards and school and district state testing results.
