The Napa Early Learning Center (ELC) is a partnership between the Napa County Office of Education Early Learning Services, Child Start Inc. and vital community partners with the shared focus of supporting families with children ages birth to five. The Napa Early Learning Center pools valuable resources to simplify access for the community. The community partnerships will provide a range of services to support families of our youngest learners.
We invite you to reach out and learn more about our comprehensive services for your child and family!

Napa Preschool Program operates 6 state-funded preschool classrooms for qualified families, offering both full-day and part-day options for children 2-5. Napa Preschool Programs provide children with skills in communication, literacy, math, and social development, which help prepare for and enrich their school experience. The program is open from 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Child Start operates 3 classrooms at the Napa Early Learning Center providing Early Head Start services for qualified children ages 0-3 and their families. For enrolled children and families, comprehensive services are provided in the areas of education, family services, health, nutrition, and mental health.
