Napa County Office of Education partners with Napa County school districts to build a shared understanding about the science of reading and effective ways to implement structured literacy practices in all classrooms. We also support in the building capacity to continuously improve the quality of asset based programs that offer meaningful access to relevant and rigorous learning for multilingual learners.
