The Napa Infant Program is an early childhood Special Education program that offers free services and support to families of children from birth through three years who are eligible for Early Start services and who live within Napa County.

A parent/caregiver, child’s doctor, or a community agency refers the child to the Napa Infant Program. The child will be assessed following California Early Start guidelines (dds.ca.gov/services/early-start/). Children who meet the qualifications will be assigned to a support team, who will work with the family to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
