Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA)

Funded by the Mental Health Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC),the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) provides school districts with the resources to deliver school-based mental health services to young people and their families.

This grant is made possible through our partnership with Napa County Health and Human Services. As the grantee, Napa County Health and Human Services partners with Napa County Office of Education to allocate funds directly to school districts in support of direct services to meet student and family needs.

Each district utilizes MHSSA funds to meet unique needs.
