Quality Counts is Napa County’s Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS), supporting California State Preschool Programs and other early learning and care sites in strengthening the quality of their environments for young children.
Programs that participate in Quality Counts Napa County receive tailored support to enhance their practices and improve outcomes for children. This support may include:
- Site-based coaching and technical assistance
- Instructional and environmental materials
- Access to workshops and professional learning opportunities
- Connections to local, regional, and statewide resources and programs
