Heron Lake Challenge ROPES Course requires all persons coming onto the course to complete both the “Liability and Assumption of Risk” and the “Medical Information and Release” forms (spectators, photographers and chaperones included). For participants under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must fill out and sign both forms.

El “Heron Lake Challenge ROPES Course” requiere que todas las personas que vayan al recorrido cumplimenten tanto el formulario de “Responsabilidad y Asunción de Riesgo” como el de “Información y Permiso Médico” (espectadores, fotógrafos y acompañantes inclusive). En el caso de participantes menores de 18 años, un padre, madre o tutor/a debe cumplimentar y firmar ambos formularios.
