Welcome to the Napa County Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA). The Napa County SELPA is made up of the five school districts in Napa County; Calistoga Joint Unified School District, Howell Mountain Elementary School District, Napa Valley Unified School District, Pope Valley Union School District, St Helena Unified School District and The Napa County Office of Education.
The SELPA was established for the purpose of ensuring a continuum of special education services and placements, training, monitoring, and fiscal support and advocacy and empowerment for students with disabilities and their families.
