N2N AmeriCorps Members foster strong community connections by engaging Neighborhood Leaders in activities that reduce loneliness and promote social cohesion. They design programs and events that bring people together, helping to create thriving, supportive networks within neighborhoods.

Collaboration is at the heart of N2N. AmeriCorps Members work closely with nonprofits, local government agencies, and community leaders to forge partnerships that strengthen neighborhood ties and enhance the effectiveness of community support systems.

N2N AmeriCorps Members gain hands-on experience in leadership, community organizing, and program development. Through extensive training and collaboration, Members develop the skills and knowledge needed to advance their careers in the nonprofit and public service sectors.

Serve with N2N as an AmeriCorps Member
Join us as an AmeriCorps Member with the N2N Program, and dedicate 11 months to building stronger, more connected neighborhoods. As a member, you will work on-site at a nonprofit or local government agency, helping to create the systems and programs that empower Neighborhood Leaders. You will develop skills in community organizing, volunteer management, and program development, all while making a tangible difference in the lives of others. In return, you will receive a monthly living stipend, education awards, professional development, and much more.
