*Please note, if you live in Napa, please contact Napa Valley Unified School District (NVUSD) to request an assessment for preschool age students (3-5 years).

The Up Valley Preschool Special Education Program provides a variety of special education services to children from three to five years, who are eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) and who live within the following school districts:

• St Helena Unified School District
• Calistoga Joint Unified School District
• Howell Mountain Elementary School District
• Pope Valley Union Elementary School District

A family may refer their child by directly contacting our intake coordinator/family liaison. Children may also be referred for services by caregivers, physicians, public health nurses, California Children’s Services, North Bay Regional Center, school districts, or other educational programs.
