The Early Education Pathways Program (E2P2) is intended to increase the number of qualified ELC professionals and the educational credentials, knowledge, and competencies of existing ELC professionals in Napa County. This includes state preschool programs, private center-based programs, family child care (FCC) programs, multiple subject credentialed teachers, and family friend and neighbor (FFN) providers.

Stipends and/or reimbursements will be available to those working on higher education goals and completing professional learning activities in designated domains.

E2P2 also offers professional learning stipends to FCC and FNN providers for completing health and safety courses as well as becoming newly licensed.
