Our NCOE Expanded Learning staff engages in CDE’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process throughout the year to achieve the highest level of “quality” in programming, staffing, and student participation through the guidance and framework of the 6 Point of Service of the 12 Quality Standards. Through partner surveys and feedback sessions aligned with the quality standards, staff collect, assess, and evaluate stakeholder feedback to inform program services, leadership decision-making, technical assistance requests, and policy development. The results also determine successes and areas of improvement at a site-specific and program-wide level. The CQI process also guides parents, youth, teachers, and admin to identify our program’s quality programming and services.
